Kappei Sakamoto is a feisty first-year student at Seirin high School, a genius problem child who is only concerned by the pursuit of pure white panties. One day, while being chased by his teacher, Mr. Okazaki, he slips into the basketball club. Dazzled by his unintentional athletic display, Okazaki suggests that Kappei turn his attention to sports. Since he is only interested in panties, Kappei refuses until he meets the team's beautiful assistant coach, Akane Aki. However, Kappei is an amateur who doesn't even understand the rules of basketball...
